Dwan Dusted

Running over to just miss his big blind, Tom Dwan moved all in from the small blind the hand and flashed his {Q-}{9-}{7-}{4-}{3-} to take down the big blind and antes.

"Return to your other tournament Dwan" commented the big blind Nicholas Brancato as the dealer began dealing out the next hand.

"I got 18 minutes" Dwan added before the action folded back round to him on the button and he pushed his last 6,525 into the pot.

Thomas Ricketts made the call from the big blind and stood pat as Dwan drew two - flashing his discarded {5-} and {3-} - with his {5-}{4-}{3-}.

Ricketts tabled his {Q-}{9-}{7-}{6-}{5-} to give Dwan a good sweat to stay alive.

Finding the {9-} on his first drawn card, Dwan would unfortunately pair up with the {4-} to see him eliminated from the tournament.

At least he can now focus on Event #11: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em where he is chip leader with fourteen remaining.
