Alioto No Stud

Stud

Ivey - [x]-[X] / {4-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {j-Hearts} {5-Spades} / [X]
Alioto - [X]-[X] / {a-Clubs} {9-Spades} {k-Spades} {j-Clubs} / [X]

We picked up a hand between Dario Alioto and Phil Ivey on fifth street. Alioto had the betting lead with the best hand and checked to "No Home Jerome". Ivey bet, then called a check-raise from Alioto.

Alioto fired on both sixth street and seventh street but he wasn't able to shake Ivey. As soon as Ivey tossed his chips into the pot on seventh street, Alioto said, "You win." Ivey showed {k-Clubs} {5-Hearts} {k-Hearts} in the hole for two pair, kings and fives.

Alioto also lost the next hand to Huck Seed and is down to 53,000 in chips.
