Arturo Diaz Eliminated by Alexander Kostritsyn

Pot-Limit Omaha

There was already 43,500 in the pot when we came up to this hand on the turn, the board reading {J-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Alexander Kostritsyn checked, Vitaly Lunkin bet the pot, Arturo Diaz called and Kostritsyn re-potted all-in. Lunkin snap-folded and Diaz called off his last 24,000.

Diaz {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} (open-ended draw to the high straight, gutshot to the lower straight)
Kostritsyn {J-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} (top two pair, open-ended straight draw)

The {Q-Hearts} on the river made Kostritsyn a queen-high straight, eliminating Diaz. Kostritsyn raked in the pot, and is now on 430,000 in chips, good for the current chip lead.
