Double Up Doesn't Save Ross

A raising war broke out between Leonard Lombardo and John Ross which saw the last of Ross' chips in on third. Here's how the boards ran out:

Ross: ({A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}) / {6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{8-Spades} / ({6-Clubs})
Lombardo: ({J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}) / {J-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} / (X)

Ross had buried aces but needed to spike a river to make two pair to better Lombardo's split jacks which made jacks and nines.

That hand put Ross up to 10,000 however those chips didn't last long as he was eliminated soon after.
