Top-Top For Sands

Facing a raise to 125, David Sands made the call as did the button and big blind to see a {J-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop fall.

Sands fired out 250 and was called in two spots before the {6-Clubs} landed on the turn and he continued with a 850-chip bet which saw one of his opponent's cards hit the muck.

The river landed the {7-Spades} and after some deliberation, Sands fired his third bullet of 1,250.

His opponent made a crying call flashing his {Q-Clubs} while mucking after seeing Sands table his {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} to collect the pot and move to 9,000 in chips.

Early Win For Kirk

Facing a raise from middle position to 150, Kirk Morrison made the call from the big blind.

"I'll give 'ya some action" he stated.

The dealer spread the {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop with both players checking as the {7-Diamonds} peeled on the turn.

Morrison tossed in two black 100-denomination chips amounting to a bet of 200.

"I got two overs!" stated Morrsion's opponent before releasing his hand.

Morrison flashed the {9-Hearts} and took down the pot.

Hinkle Flushed

We know you lost the hand, but you could at least smile for the camera!
We know you lost the hand, but you could at least smile for the camera!

On a flop of {5-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, Grant Hinkle put his opponent all in for his last 1,550 as he obligingly made the call.

Hinkle: {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts}
Opponent: {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The turn of the {J-Clubs} put Hinkle in front, but when the {K-Clubs} landed on the river, Hinkle would be club-flushed own to just 2,200 in chips.

Queso? No Más!

When we arrived at the table a player on the button opened the pot with a 250-chip raise. In the small blind, Jim "Mr.BigQueso" Collopy re-popped it to an additional 425 chips. The button made it 1,500 and Collopy went all in for about 3,800 chips. The player on the button called and tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} of hearts. Collopy tabled two black queens.

Board: {2-Hearts}{k-Spades}{4-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{7-Spades} and Collopy is out of the tournament.
