Hello de Melo
Team PokerStars Sports Star Fatima Moreira de Melo is best known as one of Holland's best field hockey players. She can also play some poker, having won her table yesterday. Today she finds herself sitting to the left of Annette Obrestad over at Table 373.
Just now came a hand in which de Melo opened with a raise to 1,500 from under the gun and got two callers (UTG+1 and the cutoff). It then folded to Obrestad who reraised to 7,200 from the big blind. That sent de Melo into the tank for about a minute, after which she declared she was all in. The others quickly folded, and Obrestad, too, released her hand.
That one pushes de Melo up to 55,000, still behind Obrestad who has about 65,000. The table leader at present is Matthew Jensen with 75,000.
