El-Sayed Survives

Sam El-Sayed and Dustin Dirksen continue their heads-up match over on Table 363, although it nearly ended just a moment ago.

Just now El-Sayed raised from the button, Dirksen pushed all in, and El-Sayed called with his remaining stack. El-Sayed showed {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}, and Dirksen {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}.

The flop came {6-Spades}{10-Spades}{J-Clubs}, and Dirksen was still ahead, although El-Sayed had picked up an up-and-down straight draw. The turn then brought the {A-Diamonds}, giving El-Sayed Broadway and making the {8-Spades} river no matter.

El-Sayed doubles to 158,000, still well behind Dirksen's 292,000.
