Waking Up With Aces

Waking up with aces after a shove in front is a beautiful thing.

Just ask Julien Nuijten.

Stuart Rutter opened to 13,000 and Eugene Katchalov shoved for 85,000. Nuijten re-shoved and Rutter folded. Katchalov was in bad shape for his tournament life.

Nuijten: {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}
Katchalov: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

The {10-Spades}{Q-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop kept Katchalov on life support, and the {J-Diamonds} on the turn gave a couple of extra outs.

The {K-Spades} on the river gave Katchalov the wrong straight though, and he hit the rail.

Table 368 is now three-handed, and Nuijten is chip leader with 425,000 chips.
