How Boring

A player in early position raised to 450, and Eric Froehlich made the call a couple seats down the line. Action came over to Chris Ferguson, and he moved all in for just over 3,000 total. The original raiser promptly called all in for his last ~1,800, and that was enough to fold Froehlich out of the way and put the two men heads up for the pot.

It was pretty anti-climactic. Both players turned over ace-king, and the board blanked off to give them their money back plus a few extra chips.

Sebok Crippled

Joe Sebok
Joe Sebok

We're not sure about the action but all the chips went in preflop. With 13,000 chips in the pot Joe Sebok tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and saw an {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} on the other side of the table.

Board: {j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

Sebok is down to 1,500 chips.

Chino Cut Down

Chino Rheem was down around 2,000 when he moved all in with {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}. Luke Tavis looked him up with the dominating {A-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}, and his covering stack meant Rheem was at risk of elimination.

The board full of blanks ({J-Hearts} {5-Spades} {10-Spades} {8-Spades} {2-Spades}) did nothing to improve his plight, and the 2008 Main Event finalist has been eliminated.

Dunst's Day is Done

Dan Sindelar opened to 375, and an unknown player made the smooth call. Chino Rheem and Tony Dunst also called, and it was four-handed to the flop.

The dealer spread out {Q-Spades} {5-Clubs} {4-Clubs}, and all four men checked around to the {7-Spades} on the turn. From the big blind, Tony Dunst put out a bet of 1,575, leaving himself just 50 chips behind. Both Dan Sindelar and the unknown player called, and Rheem folded with a chuckle and a quiet, "That's funny."

The {5-Hearts} filled out the board, and Dunst plunked his remainder into the pot. "Fifty is the bet," he said. "I recommend you fold."

"It'd be great if they both folded," Rheem smirked. Sindelar raised though, and that was enough to fold the monkey in the middle (who later said he missed his flush draw with {K-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}).

Dunst tabled {7-Clubs} {8-Clubs} for two pair and the missed draws, and he was put out to pasture by Sindelar's {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}.

And a Few More

We're tracking a ton of notable players today, so here's another big chunk of chip counts.

Uhhhh, Good Game, Jeff

Jeff Madsen
Jeff Madsen

Jeff Madsen just came bounding over to our media desk where his iPhone was being so graciously charged by our own BlocaDaBarra.

"Uhhhh, good game," said Madsen, unplugging his phone, waving his hand at us, and running through the door and off to somewhere more important than here. He's out.
