Hand #167: Filippo Candio

Michael Mizrachi has the button in Seat 5.

Joseph Cheong opens from first position with a minimum-raise to 2 million. Filippo Candio gets in there from the big blind and has first action on a flop of {j-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{k-Spades}. He leads into Cheong with a bet of 2.8 million.

Cheong turns to MOC Jack Effel and asks a question. It looks like he wants a rough count on how many chips Candio has behind his bet (about 25 million). Cheong then folds his hand.

Hand #168: Michael Mizrachi

John Racener has the button in Seat 7.

Michael Mizrachi raises to 2.5 million. Joseph Cheong makes the call from the big blind and the two are off to a flop.

The flop comes down {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Spades} and both check. The turn is the {Q-Spades} and Cheong reaches for chips. He bets 2.525 million and Mizrachi calls.

The river is the {3-Clubs}, black, but not another spade. Mizrachi shows the {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs} after both players check and wins the hand.

Hand #169: Jonathan Duhamel

Filippo Candio has the button.

Michael Mizrachi opens to 3.1 million under the gun. From the big blind, Jonathan Duhamel makes the call, and we'll go heads up the rest of the way.

The flop comes {A-Hearts} {2-Hearts} {5-Diamonds}, and the action checks through to the {7-Clubs} turn. Duhamel leads out with a bet of 3.4 million now, and Mizrachi calls after just a few seconds. The river {Q-Diamonds} draws another bet from Duhamel, 5.75 million this time. The call comes almost instantly from The Grinder, but it's not a good one.

Duhamel shows up his {A-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} first, and Mizrachi's {A-Clubs} {8-Clubs} has once again gotten him in some trouble. He drops the pot, dropping more than 12 million chips off his stack in the process.
