Boeree Stumbles

Facing a raise to 300 and two calls, Liv Boeree opted to three-bet to 1,500 from the big blind. Only one player, the last to call the original raise, decided to come along.

The flop fell {k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Boeree led out for 1,600. Her opponent raised to 4,000 and Boeree called.

Boeree slowed down after the {6-Diamonds} turned, check-calling 5,500 from her opponent.

The river was the {2-Spades} and Boeree checked again. Her opponent moved all in for 15,175 and after some deliberation, Boeree made the call.

Her opponent tabled {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} for top set and Boeree saw her stack slip to just 5,325.
