Brick Drags a Few

Todd Brick limped in from middle position, and Sergey Rybachenko raised to 66,000 from the button. When it came back to Brick, he three-bet it to 166,000 straight, and Rybachenko called the extra hundred thousand.

The flop brought {9-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {4-Spades}, and Rybachenko took the betting lead with a 150,000-chip wager. Brick quickly called, and the action check-checked through the {K-Clubs} turn and {2-Diamonds} river.

Rybachenko tabled {A-Clubs} {7-Clubs} for second pair, but Brick's {8-Clubs} {9-Clubs} had flopped better and was good enough to take the pot.

Rybachenko - 1.31 million
Brick - 1.57 million
