Harris Driven Out By Racener

Matt Harris exits
Matt Harris exits

Corey Emery opened to 140,000 from under the gun only to have Matt Harris three-bet to 350,000 next to act.

With the action on John Racener in the hi-jack, he bumped it to 785,000 to prompt folds from the blinds and Emery before Harris moved all in for 2,020,000.

Racener went deep into the tank for near on three minutes before making the call to put Harris at risk.

Racener: {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Harris: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}

The flop of {Q-Spades}{3-Spades}{7-Hearts} kept Harris in the lead with his overpair, but it still left Racener with outs to a backdoor straight along with his ace to improve.

The turn of the {J-Spades} gave Racener his backdoor straight draw, but it also left Harris with a spade draw to limit Racener to just five outs.

Unfortunately for Harris, the river was a black card, but it was the {A-Clubs} to see him eliminated as Racener soars to 10,210,000 and the current chip lead.
