A Slew of Eliminations

As we were writing our updates, we had a slew of eliminations. We figured it'd be easiest to just give them all in one post:

27th- Anthony Graphia ($7,019)
26th- Todd Jackson ($7,019)
25th- Abraham Watkins ($7,019)
24th- Jesse Martin ($7,019)

Michael Reed Eliminated in 28th Place ($5,612)

Victor Ramdin raised from the cutoff only to have Sorel Mizzi reraise from the button. A short-stacked Michael Reed then raised all in for 13,500 total from the small blind, which both Ramdin and Mizzi called. When the flop came down {Q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, Ramdin checked, Mizzi bet, Ramdin raised, and Mizzi called.

It then went bet-call on the {Q-Diamonds} turn, with the same action occurring on the {2-Clubs} river. Ramdin rolled over {7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for a rivered flush, and it was good as both his opponents mucked. Mizzi dropped to just 22,000 after the hand while Reed was eliminated in 28th place.

Jeremy Plummer Eliminated in 31st Place ($5,612)

Jason Plummer was all in preflop with {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} against the {K-Spades}{9-Hearts} of Jeremy Heartberg. It was a classic flip for Plummer's tournament life, one that did not go well as the {5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} flop gave Heartberg the lead; however, Plummer did pick up a flush draw.

Unfortunately for him, the {10-Hearts} turn and {6-Hearts} river blanked, and Plummer was eliminated in 31st place.

Zachery Gruneberg Eliminated in 35th Place ($5,612)

Zach Gruneberg (35th place- $5,612)
Zach Gruneberg (35th place- $5,612)

After attempting to go all-in preflop Zachery Grunberg was informed that he had too many chips. However his table was filled with people willing to oblige his all-in wishes. Mike Thorpe was able to raise Gruneberg all-in and in doing so he himself got to push all his chips into the middle. Not wanting to be left out of the action Tyler Bonkowski made the call as well.

Gruneberg: {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Thorpe {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}
Bonkowski: {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The cards fell {7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Gruneberg was eliminated after his measly pair of sevens was no match for the other two player's Queens. Thorpe and Bonkowski split the pot and both got to stay in the tournament.
