Toth All But Out

Richard Toth is almost eliminated.
Richard Toth is almost eliminated.

Richard Toth opened for 8,000 in late position and was called by Helen Ellis in the big blind. The flop came {J-Spades} {9-Hearts} {5-Clubs}, Ellis check-called 11,000 from Toth. The turn fell {Q-Clubs} and both players checked. The river produced the {9-Diamonds} and Ellis quietly announced all in for 64,000.

Toth called and lost all the color in his face when Ellis tabled {K-Clubs} {10-Hearts}. Toth flashed pocket aces and counted down his stack. Toth was almost exactly even with Ellis and when it was all said and done he had exactly two 500 chips. He went all in on the next hand and won, but still not enough for one big blind.

Adios Adomkevicius

After having lost a massive pot in a previous hand, Aneris Adomkevicius was practically forced all in before the flop with a measly {8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, only to be called down by Peter Ketterling who tabled {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}.

Adomkevicius found a little bit of help on the flop of {7-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}, but the {4-Diamonds} on the turn put Ketterling even further ahead. Needing a six to stay alive, Adomkevicius fell one short with the river {5-Diamonds} and went busto.
