A Couple of Hands with Tex

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

Adam Junglen opened his button to 12,500 only to have Tex Barch three-bet the small blind to 32,000. Junglen contemplated a decision for nearly a minute before eventually opting to kick his cards to the muck.

The next hand saw Barch open the button to 10,000 and find calls from the blinds. The {9-Spades}{K-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop was checked round, but when the small blind led out for 15,000 on the turn, the big blind and Barch folded.

Barch is now sitting on 120,000 in chips.

Fund Over 400k

Jens Hansen opened to 12,500 and both Warren Fund and Jonathan Cuevas made the call to see a {6-Spades}{J-Spades}{3-Spades} flop fall.

The action was checked around to see Cuevas lead from the big blind for 17,000 as Hansen kicked his cards to the muck.

Fund paused for a few moments, before announcing a bet of 45,000. Cuevas folded, and Fund tabled his {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs} for the nut-flush and a full house re-draw while moving to 405,000 in chips.

"Make It Easy For Me Dealer."

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Tsubasa Manabe opened for 10,000 and Tommy Le raised to 37,500 from the button. Manabe called and before the flop came out Le said "Ace ace on the flop. Make it easy for me dealer."

The flop came {A-Hearts} {3-Clubs} {2-Diamonds} and Manabe smiled as he checked. Le grabbed chips to bet and Manabe folded before they hit the felt.

"Show kings one time," a player said.

Le flashed the {2-Clubs} with a smile and kicked his cards into the muck.

Harder Rivers Straight

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Christian Harder entered the pot with a raise to 11,500, and he managed to find a caller from the small blind as the flop fell {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{K-Spades}.

Harder's continuation-bet of 15,500 was check-called by his opponent as the {3-Spades} on the turn went check, check.

The river of the {5-Hearts} saw the small blind lead for 25,000 with Harder making the call.

"Just a king!" announced the small blind, and with that, Harder tabled his {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for a straight to take the pot and move to 485,000 in chips.

Sebag Knocks Another One Out

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Emmanuel Sebag and Roger Hairabedian got involved preflop, but Sebag didn't raise enough to put Hairabedian all in. Hairabedian had one 500 chip that he had to wait to put in after the flop. Sebag realized his mistake and dark bet and Hairabedian called.

The board ran {2-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {J-Spades} and Sebag tabled {A-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {7-Clubs} making a straight and Hairabedian only had a pair of kings.

Action Slowing

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

After 30 minutes of play not a single player has been eliminated. Play has definitely tightened up with Day 3 in sight.

Ziyard tabled {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts} {8-Clubs} {2-Diamonds} for a turned full house and Fund mucked his hand. Ziyard is up to 218,000 and Fund slipped a little to around 425,000.
