Midnight at the Owais-is

Omaha 8

Two players checked to Owais Ahmed on a flop of {2-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds}; Ahmed bet out and both players called, then the same happened on the turn of the {2-Spades} before the the action checked to Ahmed again on the river of the {K-Diamonds}. Ahmed bet and the other two folded, so Ahmed took down the pot. Shazam!

Nothing for Limongi

Level 3

Omaha 8

On a flop of {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, Dario Alioto checked from the small blind, as did the player in the big blind before Michele Limongi opened the betting. Another player got out of the way and Alioto called, but the big blind raised.

Limongi called and Alioto folded, then the big blind led out on both the turn of the {9-Spades} and the river {4-Hearts}, with Limongi calling him all the way before mucking his hand after the big blind scooped the pot with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Limongi is down to around the starting stack of 7,500.

Chop Choppity Chop Chop Chop

Level 3

Omaha 8

Four players, including Marsha Waggoner, all went to a flop of {2-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. The action checked to Waggoner on the button who bet out and all the others called before checking around to her again on the turn of the {A-Hearts}.

Waggoner bet, but this time she only found one caller, making it heads-up to the river of the {6-Hearts}, where she called her opponent's bet.

Waggoner: {A-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

That's as about as chopped up as it gets!

Kostritsyn Splits

Stud 8

Alexander Kostritsyn: {x-}{x-} / {2-Spades}{6-Spades}{A-Spades}{8-Clubs} / {x-}
Opponent 1: {x-}{x-} / {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} -- FOLDED
Opponent 2: {x-}{x-} / {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{A-Hearts}{9-Hearts} / {x-}

Kostritsyn brought it in and Number One completed before Number Two raised it up. Both Kostritsyn and Number One called, then Number Two checked to Kostritsyn on fourth street. Kostritsyn bet and Number One folded, but Number Two called before he and Kostritsyn checked fifth street.

Number Two bet on sixth street and called Kostritsyn's raise, then check-called Kostritsyn on seventh street before opening up {6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, only to chop against Kostritsyn's {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}.

Miami Vice

Omaha 8

John Cernuto fired out on a flop {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{7-Hearts} only for Mike Matusow to raise, Cernuto called and then check-called a bet on the {8-Clubs} turn before both checked the {3-Clubs} river. Matusow flashed {K-}{J-}{x-}{x-} but it was no good against the backdoored flush that Cernuto had made with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

Caridad Chips Up

Stud 8

Opponent 1: {x-}{x-} / {2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts}{J-Hearts} -- FOLDED

John Caridad: {x-}{x-} / {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} / {x-}

Number One did the same but ended up folding on sixth, but when Caridad bet after Number Two checked to him on seventh street, Number Two gave up the pot.
