The action started with Lazarou completing with the , and Bloch raising with the . Lazarou called. Bloch bet out on fourth street, Lazarou called, and Bloch bet out again on fifth. This time Lazarou raised, Bloch got the rest of his chips in, and Lazarou called.
Bloch:
Lazarou:
Bloch was ahead, and remained ahead when Lazarou bricked on sixth () and seventh (). Bloch improved to two-pair on the sixth for kicks and giggles, and doubled to 63,000 chips.
Ali Eslami - (x) (x) / / (x)
Eric Buchman - (x) (x) / / (x)
When we reached the table, fifth street had already been dealt and Eslami bet into Buchman. Buchman called. On sixth, the two got three bets in, and Eslami was all in.
Eslami:
Buchman:
Eslami needed help on seventh street to survive, and received it when he was dealt the for trip queens. Buchman failed to fill up, and Eslami doubled to 88,000 chips.
After Ylon Schwartz raised, Colby Pitt made it three bets and the two saw fourth street heads up. On fourth, both players slowed down and checked. On fifth, Schwartz tried to re-establish the action as the aggressor with a bet, but Pitt raised. Schwartz thought for a minute or two because Pitt had just 8,500 behind, and calling here would likely mean calling another full-bet later in the hand.
Schwartz eventually made the call, and the two got it in with one card left. Schwartz started the hand with for just a pair of tens against the of Pitt, which was good for a pair of kings and a flush draw. Pitt got the sweat over with quickly when he flipped the over for a flush, rendering Schwartz's meaningless.
We missed the action, but Shaun Deeb, who had hardly any chips after back to back coolers earlier in the level, has been eliminated. The next person out will get $5,561
Andy Bloch just got a much needed double up after dipping below 10,000 under an hour ago. Bloch raised on third and fourth street, with Ghaneian calling both times. On fifth street, Bloch bet, and got raised all in by Ghaneian. Bloch called, and saw that he was in trouble with Ghaneian showing trip fives against his two pair. However, Bloch turned the tides with the on sixth street to virtually end the hand. Ghaneian couldn't catch the miracle five for quads, and Bloch's stack grew to 39,000. Ghaneian dropped to 98,000.
Carli and Lazarou capped it immediately, and Carli failed to crack Lazarou's wired kings. Lazarou boosted his stack to 72,000 chips, while Carli hit the rail to collect his $4,511.
Kai Landry - (x) (x) / / (x)
Jonathan Spinks - (x) (x) / / (x)
Landry completed with the showing, and Spinks came along for the ride with . Landry led out on fourth, and Spinks called. It was Spinks' turn to lead out after he paired on fifth, and Landry made the call.
Spinks led again on sixth, only to be raised by Landry. Spinks called, and both players checked on seventh. Spinks showed an eight for trips, and is now up to 100,000 chips. Landry is down to 165,000.
Eric Buchman completed on third street, and Andrew Blumen raised it up. Buchman called, then called bets on fourth and fifth street as well. When he caught the ace on sixth, Buchman led out, and Blumen called. Both players checked the river, and Blumen showed for a pair of kings, which was good enough to take the pot as Buchman mucked his hand. Buckman drops to 196,000, while Blumen jumps to 78,000.
We caught up with the action on fifth street, where Isaia bet, Ausmus raised, and Isaia called. Isaia slowed down, check-calling a bet from Ausmus on sixth, but on seventh he check-raised Ausmus. Ausmus called.
Isaia tabled two queens for trips, raked in the pot, and is now up to 175,000 chips.
