Allen Cunningham completed with the and was called by Matthew Kelly, who happened to be showing the inferior . The turn saw Cunningham check-call a bet before Kelly took the lead and fired out on fifth. Cunningham called yet again and watched Kelly bet out on sixth. This time Cunningham sprung to life with a raise and it was Kelly who called. The latter check-called a bet on seventh only to muck when Cunningham showed queens and tens.
Marco Traniello completed with the showing, and he found calls from both Perry Friedman's and Annie Duke's . Duke drew the on fourth and folded, so we'll pick up live with the other two:
Traniello: (x-x) / / (x)
Friedman: (x-x) / / (x)
Traniello check-called a bet on fourth street. On fifth, he made a leading bet of his own, and Friedman stuck in a raise. Traniello called, then check-called bets on sixth and seventh.
Friedman opened up / , and quad threes are hard to beat. Friedman takes down a big pot of his own, improving to about 44,000 in the process.
We didn't catch the action until sixth street, but there was a big pot developing between Scott Bohlman and Mike Sexton.
Sexton: (x-x) / / (x)
Bohlman: (x-x) / / (x)
When Sexton bet sixth, Bohlman raised, and they checked down seventh street. Sexton opened up his hand first, revealing / for trips. They were good, and Sexton is close to 60,000 as he drags in that pot.
Andy Bloch completed with the and was met with a raise by Matthew Kelly. The rest of the field got out of the way and Bloch called. Kelly led out on the turn and fifth street, and while Bloch just called the former, he raised the latter. This time it was Kelly calling, and he proceeded to call bets on sixth and seventh streets.
Bloch: (x-x) / / (x)
Kelly: /
Kelly was no doubt glad he did as his two pair proved the winner.
Just before the break we caught a fairly big hand on fifth street. It was at that point David Singer led out and was called by both Shaun Deeb and Freddie Ellis. Singer slowed down with a check on sixth, opening the door for Deeb to bet. Ellis and Singer both called and the same action took place on seventh, minus Singer calling as he opted to fold.
Deeb: /
Ellis: /
Singer: (x-x) / / fold
Ellis' pair of kings was second best to Deeb's queens and threes, giving the five-time SCOOP winner the pot.
Eugene Katchalov completed with the only to have Nick Schulman, who was showing the , raise. Katchalov was not deterred as he put in a three-bet, which Schulman called. The latter proceeded to call bets by the former on both the turn and fifth street, but then woke up with a raise after Katchalov bet sixth. A call was made and then Katchalov check-raised Schulman's bet on seventh.
Katchalov: (x-x) / / (x)
Schulman: (x-x) / / (x)
Schulman thought for a few moments before releasing his hand.
We caught the action on fifth street when Huck Seed bet and a short-stacked Philip Tom raised, leaving himself just 300 behind. Seed called and then led out on sixth, and Tom called off.

Seed: / /
Tom was ahead when the money went in with his six-high straight, but Seed was drawing to a jack for a bigger straight. He squeezed out the last card and it was a blank.
