Viktor Blom is well-known for being a hyper-aggressive player. His "live by the sword, die by the sword" style has paid off for him thus far - but even Blom can get caught with his hand in the cookie jar on occasion.
We caught up with the action on a flop, where Blom and his lone opponent checked.
The turn brought a and Blom quickly fired a 700 bet into the middle. His opponent called behind.
Blom did not shy away on the river and fired 1,200. His opponent thought it over and tossed in a call. Blom insta-mucked his hand without showing.
The online-phenom, who recently won the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure High Roller event is still healthy with 27,000.

Antonio "The Magician" Esfandiari raised to 500 from the cutoff position and action folded around to the player in the big blind, who three-bet all in for 5,500. Esfandiari quickly announced, "Call," and hands were revealed.
Esfandiari:
Opponent:
The board failed to improve Esfandiari's hand and his opponent doubled through him.
Still, it has been a good level for Esfandiari, who is currently sitting on 17,000.

Tournament poker is seemingly a never-ending grind that drags on for hours. We like to give an inside look at what it's like to play an orbit with a pro. We stood behind online phenom Viktor Blom and recorded everything he did.
Hand 1 - Blom was seated in the big blind and the small blind open-raised and Blom called. The flop came and both players checked. The turn brought the , the small blind bet 700 and Blom called. The river came and both players checked again. Blom tabled and took the pot.
Hand 2 - From the small blind Blom folded after Mike Mattusow opened from under the gun for 450.
Hand 3 - Blom folded preflop from the button after another player opened and a third player three-bet. Blom popped in his headphones (to listen to what we secretly believe was some Europop) and Mattusow was lecturing the table about poker math and how it applies to tournaments differently than in cash games.
Hand 4 - Blom folded preflop from the cutoff.
Hand 5 - Blom mucked his cards as soon as he got them. Blom started tapping his foot rapidly as if he were a drummer in a punk band.
Hand 6 - Dealer Change! Blom folded preflop from under the gun.
Unfortunately we missed Daniel Negreanu's bust out but he won't be returning here. We can only assume he's on to the next event.

Randy "Nanonoko" Lew opened to 425 from the cutoff position and found one caller in the big blind.
The flop came and Lew's opponent check-called a 475 bet from Lew.
Both players checked the turn, however, when a landed on the river, Lew fired a hefty 1,375 bet after being checked to a third time. Lew's opponent didn't take long to fling out a call and Lew immediately slid his hand into the muck.
"You're good in cash [games]," Lew's opponent playfully needled - revealing for just third-pair.
"Yeah, I guess it's time for me to go home," Lew replied with a smile. "Nice hand."
Lew is down, but not yet out with 4,500.
