Eslami Betting Into ElkY

Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier raised to 22,000, from the button, and Ali Eslami made the call in the big blind. The pair shared a flop of {10-Spades} {9-Spades} {9-Hearts} and Eslami surprised ElkY by coming out betting. The price was 31,000 and Elky obliged. Onto the turn - and the {J-Diamonds} - and once again Eslami pounded away with a 46,000 bet, which ElkY quickly called. The fifth and final community card was the {3-Spades}.

"I am all-in," declared Eslami.

The bet was 125,000 and if we could see ElkY's shaded eyes we are sure they would be wide open by now. The Frenchman took a few moments before surrendering the pot to Eslami.

"Nice hand," acknowledged Shaun Deeb.
