Tom Gone

Philip Tom is the latest addition to the rail and we were there to catch all the action during the hand in which he was eliminated.

It all started when Matt Szymaszek opened it up from middle position. Matthew Woodward re-raised from the cutoff and Philip Tom called all-in from the big blind. Szymaszek made the call and Tom would watch the two players take to a {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop.

On the flop, Szymaszek checked and then called the bet of Woodward. The {4-Spades} hit the turn and the same actions occured as a {j-Hearts} landed on the river. This time both players checked and Szymaszek turned over {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}, which was enough to take down the pot and send Tom to the rail.
