With a board expose Jean-Louis Santoni placed a bet that would put Zimnan Ziyard all in. Ziyard asked his opponent "can you beat queen high? to which Santoni responded with silence.
After a minute or so went by Santoni made the call and indeed showed queen high, . Santoni however held for three of a kind threes. Nothing could come to save Ziyard, and he was eliminated as the fell on the river.

An under the gun player open shoved for about 100,000. Dan Smith who was next to act then moved all in himself for 162,000. The table folded around and we had heads up action. The under the gun player then said "well, it was nice playing with you all" assuming Smith had the better hand, but he was mistaken. Smith possessed while the under the gun player held a dominant .
A flop gave Smith the lead. A on the turn and a on the river were enough to send the under the gun player home. As he was shaking hands and wishing good luck to everyone he said again "well it was nice playing with you all".
