Antonio Esfandiari just defeated Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier in their heads up match. The Magician had the Frenchman severely outchipped and took Esfandiari about 30 minutes to beat him.

Jeff Frerichs, Marc-Andre Ladouceur, Hung Tran and Marco Hernandez also moved on from the Silver section.
