Ronconi Continues to Slide

Joseph Chaplin opened to 50,000 from early position and was called by Darryl Ronconi on the small blind and Roger Fontes in the big for a three-way pot.

The flop brought the {5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and all three players checked.

Ronconi led out for 70,000 on the {2-Clubs} turn, which got a fold out of Fontes, but Chaplin came along and made the call.

The river fell the {Q-Spades} and Ronconi check-called a 170,000 bet from Chaplin. Chaplin tabled the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for a rivered pair of queens, which bested Ronconi's {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} for a pair of eights.
