Mark Home

Mark Dickstein started the day as the chip leader, but then lost a few big pots late to sit with a chip stack. Now it is all over as he has been seen leaving the tournament.

Kassin Catching Chips

Omaha-8

Joseph Weinberger was under the gun when he opened up the pot. Charles Kassin called out of the big blind and a {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{q-Spades} flop was dealt.

Kassin check-called a bet here and the {6-Diamonds} hit the turn. Kassin again check-called, prompting the dealer to flip over the {2-Clubs}. Kassin would lead here and Weinberger would call. Kassin tabled his {q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} the straight winning the high and the sixty-four low giving him the scoop.

Kassin Doubles

Stud-8

Mark Dickstein{x-}{x-} / {6-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} (FOLDED)
Charles Kassin{x-}{x-} / {7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Spades} / {x-}
Andrew Hippert{x-}{x-} / {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} / {x-}

When we reached Table 447, Kassin was already all in on fourth street. Fifth street was dealt, and Hippert led out. Dickstein released, and the hands were opened.

Kassin{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}
Hippert{k-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Kassin made a pair of sevens on sixth street, and his down card was the {5-Spades}, giving him two pair. Hippert was dealt the {7-Clubs} on seventh, and his kings were no good.

Hooman Takes the Pot

Omaha-8

When we arrived at Table 453, a {6-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs} board was already on the felt and Hooman Nikzad was set to act, betting into Tom Schneider. A few moments and Schneider would make it two bets to go. Nikzad called and the {k-Spades} river was dealt.

This time when Nikzad bet, Schneider simply called. Nikzad then tabled his {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{a-Hearts}, with the broadway straight enough to rake in the pot. Schneider showed a {6-} and mucked the rest of his cards.

Guss Chipping Up

Omaha-8

Michael Moed opened in early position, Yueqi Zhu three-bet near the button, and Brandon Guss made it four bets on the button. Only Zhu called.

The flop fell {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, and Zhu checked. Guss bet, and Zhu called. Both players checked after the {5-Clubs} turned, and the {6-Clubs} completed the board. Zhu check-folded, and Guss took down the pot.
