After two longs days of poker we just lost The Godfather of Poker, Doyle Brunson. It wasn't long after his double up through Andy Bloch when Brunson got his chips into the pot against Chris Klodnicki. Only this time he couldn't find a way to win.

From the cutoff Brunson raised to 13,000 and Klodnicki re-raised pot from the button to 46,500. Brunson called.

The flop came down {J-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {8-Hearts} and Brunson lead out for a pot bet. Klodnicki put him all in, and the call followed.

Brunson showed {8-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {6-Clubs} {5-Clubs} and was trailing Klodnicki's {A-Clubs} {A-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} . The turn was the {J-Hearts} and the river the {K-Clubs} knocking out Brunson.

Action folded to Mike Wattel in the small blind and he raised. Chris Klodnicki called from the big blind and the flop came down {8-Spades} {3-Spades} {2-Spades} . Wattel bet and Klodnicki raised. Wattel called.

The turn was the {10-Hearts} and Wattel check-called a bet from Klodnicki to see the {J-Hearts} land on the river. Wattel checked and Klodnicki bet. Wattel called.

Wattel showed the {A-Diamonds} {J-Spades} and a rivered pair of jacks and Klodnicki mucked his hand.

Stephen Chidwick already has a third place finish in the $1,500 H.O.R.S.E. at this year's World Series of Poker, and he just got his stack up to well over the average.

Andy Bloch raised under the gun to 14,000 and Chidwick called from the button. Robert Mizrachi called from the big blind, and these three players saw the flop.

The flop came down {Q-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} and both Mizrachi and Bloch checked to Chidwick who bet 30,000. Mizrachi folded an Bloch made the call. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and both players checked. The river was the {K-Diamonds} and again both players checked.

Bloch showed the {Q-Diamonds} , Chidwick showed {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {4-Clubs} {3-Clubs} and took down the pot.

Depending on who you ask, Brett Richey has a different nickname.
studrichey...razzrichey...plorichey...acesrichey...Now, it's comebackrichey.

He started the level with a mere 4,000, but after two stud double-ups and this PLO double against Michael Mizrachi, he is up to 217,000.

Richey opened to 17,500 on the button and Mizrachi re-raised to 50,000 in the small blind. Richey went all in for 106,000, Mizrachi called, and the hands were revealed.

Robert Mizrachi raised from the cutoff to 20,000, after which Chris Klodnicki three-bet from the big blind to 30,000. Mizrachi called.

Klodnicki needed one card, Mizrachi took two. Klodnicki fired out 10,000 before looking at his new card, Mizrachi checked his and called.

On the second draw both players took one card.

Klodnicki checked to Mizrachi show bet 20,000, Klodnicki called. On the final draw Klodnicki needed one card again, and Mizrachi decided to stay pat. Both players checked on the final draw and Mizrachi turned over {9-} {7-} {5-} {4-} {2-} in order to win the pot.
