Duhamel Busts Bonkowski

Tyler Bonkowski will not be repeating as champion.
Tyler Bonkowski will not be repeating as champion.

Tyler Bonkowski was all in preflop, and Canadians Jonathan Duhamel and Daniel Negreanu had him at risk. The flop came down {3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}, Duhamel check-called a bet, and the turn was the {k-Clubs}. Both players checked. The {7-Diamonds} completed the board, and Duhamel led out. Negreanu quickly mucked.

Duhamel tabled {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of kings, and Bonkowski tossed his hand in the muck, then exited the Tan Section of the Amazon Room.
