Since the elimination of Candida Ross-Powers in fifth place, the pace has slowed considerably, with few flops and mostly small pots. Angela Prada-Moed has on a couple of occasions pushed her short stack all in, but hasn't gotten any callers.
Yen Dang raised from the button, Debbie Pechac called from the big blind, and the pair together saw a flop come . Pechac checked, and after waiting a few seconds Dang checked behind. The turn was the . This time Pechac bet 20,000, and Dang responded with a raise to 45,000. Pechac looked at Dang's raise, then reraised herself to 120,000 total, and Dang let her hand go.
Pechac showed a card — the — as the dealer pushed the chips her way.
On the first hand back after the break, Candida Ross-Powers open-shoved all in for 315,000 from under the gun, and Yen Dang called from the button. Ross-Powers held , while Dang had .
The flop came , pairing Dang, and after the turn Ross-Powers was down to a couple of outs to survive. Neither came, though, as the river was the , and suddenly we're down to four players.
The all-in bets have slowed down a bit, but here are a couple of recent hands resulting in some less dramatic chip movement. Both involved players in the blinds defending against late-position pressure from Yen Dang.
In the first, Dang raised to 25,000 from the button and got one caller in Debbie Pechac in the big blind. The flop arrived , and Pechac led for 60,000. Dang called. The turn was the and again Pechac bet out, this time 65,000. Dang called once more.
The river brought the and a 100,000-chip bet from Pechac, and this time Dang gave up her hand.
Soon after Dang was involved in another hand in which she'd opened from late position and got a caller from the blinds, this time Jan Howard in the big blind. The flop came , and as Pechac had done before, Howard led with a bet of 35,000 which Dang called. Howard then checked the turn, and when Dang bet 60,000, Howard called.
Howard checked the river, and a wary Dang checked behind. Howard showed for a queen-high flush, and Dang let her hand go.
Another all-in hand to report, this one ending with a big chip swing rather than an elimination.
After Jan Howard raised to 35,000 from the cutoff, Ross-Powers called from the button and both blinds stepped aside. The flop came . Howard led with a bet of 75,000, and after pausing just a beat Ross-Powers raised the minimum to 150,000. Howard didn't wait very long before pushing all in for 336,000 total, and Ross-Powers called the raise.

Aces versus queens, with Howard ahead. The turn was the and river the , and Howard's hand remained best. With that one, Howard pushes up to challenge Dang for the chip lead.
Rae Rocco's run in the 2012 WSOP Ladies No-Limit Hold'em Championship has come to an end.
After raising 40,000 from under the gun, the table folded to Debbie Pechac on the button who reraised all in, and when the blinds got out, Rocco called.
Rocco had and was hoping her tens would hold versus Pechac's . But the flop came to give Pechac two pair, and after the turn and river, we are now down to five.
Rae Rocco open-pushed her entire stack of 134,000 from under the gun, and it folded around to Debbie Pechac on the button who called. The blinds got out, Rocco showed , and Pechac turned over .
The community cards came , meaning Rocco's jacks had held and the Las Vegas resident survives.
