Tens Kind to Chartier, Not to Patel

According to Sam Chartier, Dan Smith raised to 8,500 from under the gun, Chartier three-bet to 20,000 on the button, and Smith moved all in for about 100,000. Chartier called with two tens, and Smith had {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}. There was a ten on the flop, and the turn and river were both bricks, eliminating Smith from the tournament.

At an adjacent table, Hiren "Sunny" Patel was all in with pocket tens against Yevgeniy Timoshenko's pocket kings. Patel was unable to catch up, and was eliminated.
