Martinez Gone

Max Martinez raised from under the gun and made it 600 to see a flop. The next player to act made the call, and the player after that raised to 2,000. The table folded around back to Martinez and moved all in for around 7,000. The sandwiched player folded and the three-bettor made the call.

Martinez: {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Opponent: {K-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

The board came {7-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and with that Martinez was eliminated. Martinez never seemed to get it going today, and has been subsequently eliminated.
