Timoshenko Breaks One

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

After an open of 5,400 from Yevgeniy Timoshenko and a call from a player on the button, the player in the big blind moved all in for 9,800.

With the action back on Timoshenko, he moved all in which caused the player on the button to quickly fold.

Big Blind: {6-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}
Timoshenko: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The dealer dealt out the board of {9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Timoshenko's ace high was good enough to earn him the pot and the elimination.

Rosen Uses New Life To Take Down Crain

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Almost immediately after Jamie Rosen doubled up through Eric Crain he eliminated him as well. Rosen and Crain got the money in holding {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and {9-}{9-} respectively. When we got to the table the board read {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and Crain was pushing the rest of his chips over to Rosen.

Not only is Rosen still alive in this tournament, he has now vaulted to become one of the chip leaders.

Jamie Rosen Finds Second Life

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Jamie Rosen has found second life after his father called him earlier and asked if he was eliminated due to a mistake in the chip counts.

We missed some of the preflop action but Eric Crain had a bet of 12,500 in front of him when Jamie Rosen moved all in for 75,600 chips.

"I said if you did that I was gonna call," Crain said out loud at least twice.

After thinking about it for a bit, Crain put in one stack of T1,000 chips signifying a call.

Crain: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Rosen: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}

"I'm crushed," Crain said upon seeing Rosen's hand.

The board rolled out {4-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts}{A-Clubs} offering no help to Crain and bringing Rosen back to life in the chip counts.

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Antonio Esfandiari
Antonio Esfandiari

Action began with Antonio Esfandiari raising to 4,300. The player to his immediate right reraised to 10,600. The player to that players right made a reraise to 21,500.

All nonsense stopped when Antonio Esfandiari moved all in for the remainder of his chips. Both players folded in quick succession and Antonio took down the huge preflop pot.

With that Antonio moved over the 100,000 chip mark.
