Francesco Barbaro Eliminated in 17th Place ($12,267)

Level 21
Francesco Barbaro - 17th Place
Francesco Barbaro - 17th Place

Francesco Barbaro was short-stacked and all in before the flop from the big blind against Alexander Kostritsyn and Brian Hastings. The flop came {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and both players checked. The {10-Clubs} dropped down on fourth street and Kostritsyn checked. Hastings fired a bet and induced a fold from his opponent. With that, the hands were tabled for Barbaro's tournament life.

Hastings showed {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} for the nuts while Barbaro tabled {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{x-} and was unable to improve on the river. He was eliminated in 17th place and will take home $12,267.

Barry Hartheimer Eliminated in 16th Place ($12,267)

Level 21
Barry Hartheimer -16th Place
Barry Hartheimer -16th Place

Barry Hartheimer raised from under the gun and Danny Fuhs three-bet from the next seat over. Action trickled around to Jonathan Duhamel in the hijack and he called the three-bet. Hartheimer called all in for his last 26,000 and the three took a flop.

The dealer spread out {2-Hearts}{J-Spades}{5-Diamonds} on the felt and Fuhs checked. Duhamel led out and Fuhs called. The {9-Hearts} turned and and Fuhs checked for a second time. Duhamel cut out another bet and Fuhs called. The {6-Clubs} finished off the board and the action repeated with a check, a bet, and a call.

Fuhs rolled over {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} playing two aces for his high, but was ultimately behind Duhamel's {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} which played a four and a trey for a straight.

Hartheimer showed {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} before tossing his hand into the muck. Duhamel dragged in the pot and eliminated Hartheimer in 16th place.

Fuhs Takes Some From George

Level 21

Danny Fuhs raised from under the gun plus one only to have Jonathan Duhamel three-bet from the cutoff. Christopher George called from the button and Fuhs called as well.

The trio took a monotone flop of {K-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} which prompted Fuhs and Duhamel to check. George fired a bet and Fuhs called. Duhamel, on the other hand, let it go.

Fourth street was the {10-Hearts} and Fuhs decided to lead out by firing a bet. George called and did the same after the {4-Spades} hit the river.

Fuhs showed {A-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for quad tens for the high. He took down the pot and now has about 375,000. While George has fallen to about 930,000, he's still the tournament chip leader.

George Danzer Eliminated in 14th Place ($15,574)

Level 21
George Danzer - 14th Place
George Danzer - 14th Place

George Danzer raised from the cutoff and was three-bet by Danny Fuhs on the button. Action came back to Danzer and he called to see a {3-Clubs}{9-Spades}{A-Clubs} flop. Both players checked and the {Q-Spades} hit the turn. Danzer led out with a bet and Fuhs raised him.

Danzer went into the tank for quite some time and eventually folded, showing {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} face up for two pair. Fuhs showed {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades} for top two and a flush draw, affirming that Danzer made the correct laydown. This hand left Danzer with just one big bet behind.

The next hand, Danzer raised from the hijack and it was once again Fuhs who three-bet. Action came back to Danzer and he moved all in .

Danzer: {Q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Fuhs: {A-Spades}{J-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and Fuhs was able to send Danzer to the rail with aces and jacks. Danzer will take home $15,574 for his 14th place finish.

Julie Schneider Eliminated in 12th Place ($19,788)

Level 22
Julie Schneider - 12th Place
Julie Schneider - 12th Place

Brian Hastings opened with a raise from the cutoff and found a three-bet from Julie Schneider from the small blind. Action came back to Hastings and he flat called.

The flop {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Schneider moved all in.

"That's a really good flop for me," said Hastings, who dropped in a call.

At that, Schneider fanned {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{5-Clubs} for top set. The table shared a good laugh as Hastings showed {K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and needed to catch up to eliminate Schneider.

Hastings did exactly that as the {j-Diamonds} ripped off on the turn to give him Broadway. The river was the {7-Hearts} and Schneider saw her exit in 12th place. She will collect $19,788 in tournament winnings.
