Joe Serock put his last few chips in preflop with and was called by . Serock was in good shape to double as the flop came but the ruined Serocks day. The river was no help and Joe Serock will book be booking his ticket to day two of this event.
We stopped by Table #387 to listen to some of the banter, here a taste of what we heard:
"We're attributing to the second greatest performance in World Series history," Darryll Fish said. "It's hard not to laugh.
"White magic," Kevin Saul said. "Yes! The Brandon Cantu Show."
While all the theatrics were going on, Paul Tedeschi had moved all in before the flop against Darryll Fish. Tedeschi was holding and looking to improve against Fish's .
The board rolled out though and that was good enough for Fish to score the knock out on Tedeschi.
We'll keep listening in to the banter at table #387 and keep updating with the good bits.
Taylor Paur raised to 950 out of the small blind, and Jason Mercier defended his big blind. The flop fell , Paur tossed out a single yellow T1,000 chip, and Mercier raised to 2,575. Paur re-raised, making it 4,150 to go, and Mercier promptly moved all in.
Matt Marafioti had made a raise preflop against his opponent. Artem Litvinov speaking in a deep accent goes off about having information but still makes the call. The flop comes and Marafioti bets 2,975. Litvinov not to happy with Marafioti makes the call. The turn came the and Marafioti bet 3,000 of his remaining 5,200. Litvinov went deep into the tank.
Litvinov said in a deep russian accent, "If I don't speak you only call!" Speaking of the preflop action.
Even though the pot was so big Litvinov did not want to call. Eventually Marafioti called the clock. Not to much longer after the clock was called did Litvinov released his hand. With that Marafioti is back in the game.
We didn't see how or when the money got in but Brock Parker was holding against an opponents with the board reading . That was good enough to notch up a double up for Parker and he raked in the pot.
We didn't see the action but we do know Ryan Olisar was all in holding against an opponents . There was an on the flop for Olisar, but there was also a on the board giving his opponent trips and the winning hand.
