Ruben Ybarra raised to 45,000 from under the gun, and Seth Berger three-bet to 95,000 on the button. Derek Buonano shipped his stack in from the small blind. Ybarra came back over the top all in, and Berger got out of the way.

Buonano: {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Ybarra: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The flop brought {k-Spades}{2-Spades}{10-Clubs}, and Buonano was all but dead. A {6-Diamonds} turn finished him, and Ybarra vaulted into the chiplead.

Meanwhile, at the other table, Ryan Olisar check-called Michael Cooper on all three streets until Cooper was all in on the river on a board of {5-}{a-}{2-}{4-}{2-}. Cooper showed {5-}{5-} and doubled up.

Baker Survives

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

We found Seth Baker all in and racing with {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} against the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} of Makoto Yoshimichi. The flop came {5-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts} and things were looking good for Baker. The {10-Diamonds} turn and {3-Clubs} river cemented his double up, and Yoshimichi was forced to ship.

Baker is the brother of David "ODB" Baker. Looks like poker runs in the family.

Sylvestre Calls the Clock, Gets a Double.

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Preflop, Charles Sylvestre moved all in for just around 500,000 and action was on Ping Liu in the big blind. Liu took his time to make a decision, and after a few minutes of thought, Sylvestre decided to call the clock on him.

Liu used up his entire time back thinking about the decision he had to make and as the tournament director reached "three," Ping announced a call.

Liu: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Sylvestre: {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}

"It's a flip," Sylvestre shouted to his rail.

The board ran out {4-Spades}{9-Spades}{J-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} to give Sylvestre two pair and awarding him a massive double up. Liu just shook his head and shipped over the chips.

Travis Wiedower Eliminated in 14th Place ($22,239)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Travis Wiedower
Travis Wiedower

Preflop, Travis Wiedower moved all in for his last 174,000 chips. In the small blind, William Guerrero made the call and immediately turned up his hand, {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, with Seth Baker still to act. Baker took a second, showed his {4-}{4-} and then folded. The two other players went to showdown and Wiedower showed his {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}.

The board ran out {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Wiedower's trips were no match for Guerrero's boat and he was sent to the payout desk.

After the hand, Guerrero received a one round penalty for exposing his hand with a player still to act.

Binh Ta opened for 45,000 from middle position, and Mark Wilds moved all in from his immediate left. Ta made the call, and the players showed.

Ta: {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Wilds: {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Wilds wasn't in terrible shape despite just holding queen-high, but a {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}{k-Clubs} flop diminished his chances. The turn and river were {7-Spades} and {6-Clubs}, and Wilds was sent to the rail shortly after his aces were cracked.

Michael Cooper asked the dealer for his all in chip, and the dealer tossed it over. Everyone folded to Mark Wilds, who called on the button. The blinds folded.

Wilds: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
Cooper: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Cooper got up from the table when the dealer rolled out the {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, The {3-Clubs} did him no good either, but when the dealer placed the {q-Hearts} on the board for the river card, Cooper pointed at the dealer in appreciation and sat back down.
