Benyamine in the Danger Zone

Level 24

Pot-Limit Omaha

Don Nguyen raised to 135,000 from the cutoff and David Benyamine defended the big. Benyamine then check-called a bet of 85,000 on the {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop before both players checked the {4-Clubs} turn. When the {10-Clubs} completed the board on the river, Benyamine bet 210,000 only to have Nguyen raise to 1.005 million. Benyamine hit the tank for a bit before calling, but mucked when Nguyen rolled over the [1010djh8h] for a rivered full house.

Two Pair for Ashton

Level 23

Pot-Limit Omaha

Hand #125: David Benyamine opened for 150,000 and Matthew Ashton defended from the big blind. The latter then called a bet of 155,000 from the former on the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop before both players checked the {2-Spades} turn and {5-Spades} river. Ashton tabled the {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts} for two pair and the win.

Full House for Hennigan

Level 23

Omaha-8

Hand #111: Don Nguyen completed from the small blind, John Hennigan checked in the big blind, and the flop fell {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. Nguyen checked, Hennigan bet, Nguyen check-raised, and Hennigan re-raised. Nguyen called.

Nguyen check-called a bet when the {q-Clubs} turned, and another when the {4-Diamonds} completed the board. Hennigan showed {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for a full house, and scooped the pot.

Top Pair for Ashton

Level 23

No-Limit Hold'em

Hand #95: Matthew Ashton raised to 115,000 on the button and John Hennigan defended from the big blind. When the flop fell {q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, Hennigan check-called a bet of 180,000 and the dealer burned and turned the {6-Clubs}. Hennigan check-called another bet, this time 285,000, and then both players checked the {7-Diamonds} river. Ashton tabled the {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of queens and it was good as Hennigan mucked his hand.
