A Good Hand, No Matter What

Level 14
George Danzer
George Danzer

Stud

George Danzer: {x-}{x-} / {4-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} / {x-}
Adam Friedman: {x-}{x-} / {7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} (FOLD)
Michael Glick: {x-}{x-} / {7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{j-Hearts} / {x-}

We caught up with the action on fifth street, where Danzer bet and only Glick called. Glick called two more bets on sixth and seventh, then mucked when Danzer showed {8-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts} for trip fours.

"We'll never know what you got on seventh," David Benyamine said to Danzer, who either started with four to a flush and made trip fours on seventh, or made trip fours on fifth.

"It doen't matter," the German replied. "I had a good hand no matter what."
