Ladies Night at the Main Event

On table in the Brasilia Room has an unusually large percentage of female players, three out of eight. Lisa Costello and Stacy Taylor have been battling it out most of the day, and Amanda Baker was recently moved to the table as well. The women are seated almost right in a row.

Costello added a bit to her stack in a recent hand. She raised to 6,500 preflop, and only one player called. Both players checked the flop, then checked again on the turn and the river. Costello's opponent showed for ace high, but Costello showed for a better ace high. She took the pot, and now sits with 158,000.
