When we passed by Shannon Shorr's table he had a raise of 2,500 in front of him. Action folded around to the player in the small blind, who called. The big blind folded so the two took to a flop.
On the 
flop, both players checked. Both players checked again on the 
turn, which put four to a flush on the board. The river was the 
which completed any draws to a full house as well. The small blind player checked for a third time while Shorr fired a bet of 3,200. The small blind folded, allowing Shorr to take down the pot without a showdown.
Jason DeWitt and Steven Buckner started on the same table today in the Amazon Room. Their table broke early in the afternoon, but the pair soon found themselves together again at another table on the other side of the spacious ballroom and have been playing and watching each other all day.
The pair's history ended up being relevant to a recent hand which we caught up with on the river, at which point about 25,000 was in the middle and the board read

After a DeWitt check Buckner had fired 17,500, and as we arrived DeWitt was amid a long think that ended with him making the call. When he did, Buckner immediately removed the unlit cigar from his mouth to speak.
"I got caught," he said, tabling his

, and Buckner expressed amazement that DeWitt had called his river bet with the hand he held.
"I haven't shown one bluff all day," said Buckner. "We been playing together since noon… that's a sick call." DeWitt shook his head and grinned, agreeing it had been a struggle for him to find the call.

We unfortunately weren't able to catch the bustout as it happened, but we did see Dan Smith tweet the details of his bustout a short while ago.
From middle position Rupert Elder raised to 2,500. Action folded around to the player in the cutoff who reraised to 8,200. When action folded back around to Elder he put in a fourth bet to 17,200. The player in the cutoff five-bet all in for a total of 44,800. Elder called it off.

It was a race situation and could go either way, but the flop fell 
in favor of Elder. All he needed to do was dodge a queen or a running straight to take down the pot. The turn was a bit of a sweat when it came the 
giving the cutoff player four more outs, but Elder dodged them all on the 
river to scoop the pot.
Following a raise under the gun to 2,300, Andy Black made the call next to act along with Victoria Coren from the small blind before the big blind bumped it up to 8,100. All three remaining players made the call as the 
flop was met with an all-in shove from Coren totalling 23,000.
The big blind opted to raise to 51,000 to put the original preflop raiser into the tank for over five minutes before he eventually laid his hand down before Black instantly mucked.
