Hand #214: All In and Chop

Level 39 : 500,000/1,000,000, 150,000 ante

Jay Farber had the button.

Farber raised to 2 million, and Ryan Riess called to see the flop come down {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Riess checked, and Farber bet 2.2 million. Ries check-raised to 6.8 million, and Farber reraised to 14.2 million. Riess fired right back with a reraise to 26 million. Farber moved all in for 41.65 million, and Riess called.

Farber tabled the {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}, and Riess had the {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Although the two players had the same hand, Farber did have backdoor outs to a flush.

The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and ended all the excitement in this hand. The river completed the board with the {6-Clubs}, and the two players chopped up the pot.
