2-7 Triple Draw
We found Jennifer Harman down to 250 chips, 200 of which were already in the pot for her big blind. She tossed her last two lime-green chips in after seeing her first two cards. The player under the gun raised, and everyone else folded to make it heads up.
Harman drew one on the first draw, and her opponent two.
Harman stood pat, and her opponent drew one on each of the final two draws.
"Nine" her opponent announced, and Harman turned over a nine low as well.

Opponent:
Harman's last two cards were babies whose value we didn't catch, but her opponent's nine-five was easily good enough to eliminate her.

Fresh off his runner-up finish in the World Poker Tour $25,000 Championship, Erick Lindgren is here at the Rio looking to capture his second WSOP bracelet.
In a recent hand of limit hold'em, Lindgren raised from the button and Tuan Le defended from the small blind. The flop saw Le bet 200, Lindgren pop it to 400 and Le call, bringing about the turn. Lindgren proceeded to call a bet of 400 but then folded when Le bet again on the river.
"You're trying to steal the hardest blinds in the world," someone at the table told Lindgren, who smiled at the joke. Despite losing that hand, Lindgren is still above the starting stack and sitting with 11,500.

It's still early in the series, but the WSOP Player of the Year race is always in the back of players' minds. Thanks to his WSOP APAC Main Event win, Daniel Negreanu begins the 2013 WSOP with an early lead. Amazingly, if he could maintain he would be the only player to win the award twice (he did it in 2004).

No-Limit Hold'em
We found Phil Hellmuth in middle position facing an all-in bet from the button on a board. The player had shipped his last 3,950 into a pot of about 4,000.
"And that's why I bubble every hold'em tournament," Hellmuth said as the player slid his stack into the middle. "Wouldn't it be awful if you were just bluffing with ace-king and got there?"
Hellmuth tossed into the muck face up, and his opponent silently took the pot.

Raymer called the cutoff folded. The turn was a , completing a possible straight draw. Raymer checked again, and Glantz bet 3,000, most of his stack. Raymer raised all in, and Glantz called.
"I've got the seven-eight," Raymer said, and indeed Glantz needed help.
