Two Seats to the Big One for One Drop

Level 6 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

With the total entrants now hitting the 80-player mark, there is now a guaranteed two seats into the Big One for One Drop starting tomorrow.

Although we are not exactly sure whether or not the second seat is a direct seat into the tournament or a spot on the alternate list, already this year's satellite is in good shape to eclipse 2012's mark of 96 entrants.

First Round of Re-Entries

Level 6 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Roger Sippl was the first player to re-enter, but once he took his seat, he was quickly followed by Nick Shulman and David Benyamine.

Elias Out

Level 6 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Darren Elias open-shoved his last 9,300 and Govert Metaal called from the big blind.

Elias: {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Metaal: {A-Spades}{7-Spades}

The board ran out {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Elias headed to the rail with no visible sign of re-entering.

Reard Exits at Hands of Wright

Level 5 : 400/800, 100 ante

Larry Wright recently took his seat, but just like that, he has sent Alexandre Reard packing.

On a {K-}{10-}{8-} board, Reard got the last of his chips into the middle holding {K-}{10-}, but it would be Wright's {8-}{8-} in the lead.

The turn and river blanked, and Reard hit the rail as Wright virtually doubled his stack.
