We caught the heads-up action between Ryan Welch and Eric Rappaport with the board reading and a bet of 75,000 from Welch. Rappaport made the call and the river was the . Welch shoved all in for over 170,000 and Rappaport made the call.
Welch turned over for the full house and Rappaport mucked.
Heinz Kamutzki opened for 21,000 and Dan Smith called. From the big blind Hector Quiroz moved all in. Back to Kamutzki and he moved all in too. Smith got out of the way and the cards were on their backs.
Quiroz:
Kamutzki:
The final board read with Quiroz shooting into the lead on the flop but the turn gave Kamutzki a set and all of Quiroz's chips.
With just over half an hour to go no one is taking huge risks at this point with marginal holdings, and there have been no all in confrontations to report.
Of course if someone wakes up with a big hand that could all change in an instant.
Ryan Welch opened to 27,000 and Anthony Spinella reraised to 92,000 from the blind. Welch four-bet to 213,000 and Spinella met that with a five-bet to 360,000.
Welch moved all in and Spinella snap-called, but it wasn't good news as Welch turned over and Spinella was looking for black on the flop after tabling . It was all red though as the flop came down and the turn left Spinella drawing dead. The river was almost cruel he would be four-flushed, but with no more cards to come.
Welch gathered the huge pot and Spinella left beside himself.
