Tran Gets Some Back

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

JC Tran raised to 16,000 on the button, Jeremy Ausmus defended his big blind, and the two former November Niners checked on a flop of {q-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Hearts}. The turn was the {5-Hearts}, Ausmus led out for 20,000, and Tran called.

The river was the {k-Diamonds}, Ausmus checked, and Tran took the opportunity to fire out 42,000. Ausmus considered the bet for a minute or so, then folded.
