All You Have to Do is Ask

Level 21

Stud Eight-or-Better

Bill Chen completed showing a {2-Spades}, and Frank Kassela raised with a {2-Diamonds}. Chen called, and he called fourth as well before raising to put Kassela all in on fifth.

Chen: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}/{2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Kassela: {5-Spades}{6-Hearts}/{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

"Come on, let me hit an out one time," Kassela said. "Give me a three."

Chen was the one catching a {3-Spades}, but Kassela got what he asked for with the {3-Clubs}.

"Yesss," he said with a fist pump.

Kassela still needed to fade a spade to scoop the whole pot, and Chen turned over an {8-Hearts} on the river, meaning Kassela's hand was a lock.
