On the next hand Paul Mannoni raised and Lunkin called all in from the small blind. Kerry Welsh called from the big blind and the flop brought {4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Mannoni called a bet from Welsh and the turn was the {7-Hearts}. Welsh bet again and Mannoni called.

The river was the {J-Hearts} and Mannoni folded when Welsh bet again. Welsh showed {Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and he knocked out Lunkin who showed {Q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

From the hijack Jeff Thompson raised and George Danzer three-bet from the small blind. Thompson called and the flop brought {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs} on which Danzer bet and Thompson called.

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and this time Danzer check-called. On the river the {A-Hearts} hit and Danzer checked after which Thompson bet.

"I thought you had a six before and I was check-raising the river, but now..." Danzer said.

Danzer called in silence only to see Thompson table {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

"Wow ! Nice bet!" the German said, as he asked if his opponent knew that he had two nines. Danzer lost this pot and Thompson remained among the big stacks.
