Conrad Loses One

An early positioned player opened to 2,500 and the player on the button called. Rep Porter came along from the small blind and action was on Chris Conrad in the big blind. He peeked at his cards and a moment later announced a three-bet to 8,800. The original raiser called while the button and Porter ditched their hands.

The flop came and Conrad checked. His opponent took this chance to lead for 8,200. Conrad called and the paired the board on the turn. Two checks allowed the to finish off the board where both players checked again.
