Hand #5: Gerrits limped the button and Bonomo checked. The flop came 
and the action went check-check. On the 
turn, Bonomo bet 12,000 and Gerrits called. After the 
river, Bonomo bet 60,000 and Gerrits gave it some thought before folding.
