Linde and Shalmi Play a Monster Triple Draw Pot

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

A player opened in the cutoff before Devon Shalmi made it three bets on the button. Dylan Linde was in the small blind and he made it four bets. The original raiser folded while Shalmi called.

Both players took one on the first draw and then Linde bet. Shalmi raised. Linde raised again and Shalmi made it four bets before Linde just called.

Both players then stood pat. Linde checked, then called a bet from Shalmi, then both stood pat again. On the last round of betting, both players checked. Linde showed his {7-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{2-} and it was good as Shalmi sighed, then mucked, so Linde took down the pot to move over 80,000.

"I made an eight-six perfect on the first draw," Shalmi said. "Not much I can do there."

Iori Yogo

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Both Benny Glaser and Alessio Isaia were all in before the flop. Iori Yogo had called both players from the big blind.

On the first draw, Yogo stood pat while Glaser took two and Isaia took three. On the second draw, Yogo stood pat. Glaser took two again while Isaia took three again. On the final draw, Yogo stood pat while Glaser and Isaia took one each.

Yogo showed down his {8-}{6-}{5-}{3-}{2-} while Glaser could only show {K-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{4-}. Isaia had {7-}{6-}{5-}{5-}{2-} and paired his five on the final draw to be sent to the rail while Yogo took down the pot and moved over 110,000 chips.

Negreanu Doubles Through Johns

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

2-7 Limit Triple Draw

A short-stacked Daniel Negreanu was all in for about 7,000 pre-draw from the button against Ian Johns in cutoff.

Johns drew two, one, and one, while Negreanu drew three, three, and one. Johns showed {8-}{4-}{3-}{2-}, while Negreanu tabled {9-}{8-}{7-}{2-Spades}.

Johns ripped over a {4-} to pair up, while Negreanu turned over a {10-} to make a ten-nine to double up.

Haddad Railed on the Stone Bubble

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Razz

Joseph Haddad: {x-}{x-}/{7-}{10-}{4-}{7-}/{x-}
Patrice Biton: {x-}{x-}/{10-}{3-}{A-}{A-}/{x-}
Mikko Hirovonen: {x-}{x-}/{8-}{5-}{3-}{10-}/{x-}

Joseph Haddad was all in on third street. Haddad and Hirovonen both checked down until seventh street. There, Biton showed his {7-}{5-}{2-} seventy-five and Haddad could only show {J-}{4-}{3-} for a jack-ten low. Hirovonen's hand was mucked and that meant that Haddad would be sent to the rail as the last player not to collect a payout while Biton took down the pot.

Neil Yekell Survives on the Bubble

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Jake Schwartz opened under the gun with a raise and action folded around to Neil Yekell who tanked for a long time, thinking about his hand. After nearly two minutes, he decided to call. Both Devin Looney and Ylon Schwartz called from the blinds.

"I think you just got a couple of spite calls there," Jake Schwartz said.

The flop came down {Q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and action checked over to Yekell who bet 2,000. Looney called while both Schwartzes folded.

On the {6-Clubs} turn, Looney checked again and Yekell bet 4,000, leaving himself with just 1,300 behind. Looney folded.

"I would've bet so much money that it was top set," Jake Schwartz said after the hand. Sure enough, Yekell revealed his {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} for top set and he took down the pot to survive here on the bubble.
