Stuart Rutter
Stuart Rutter

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

The cards were all but rushed away and Stuart Rutter grabbed his belongings. This time it was not to pull off the "same old trick" that worked not long ago, but the Brit was indeed finished in 21st place for $15,229.

Rutter ended up with a pair of jacks, while Michael Noori had an eighty-seven for the low and sevens and fives for two pair to scoop the entire pot.

Phillip Wallace: {X-}{X-} {7-}{4-}
Randy Ohel: {X-}{X-} / {4-}{A-}

Right after the elimination of Stuart Rutter, the next short stack ended up all in and at risk and it was Phillip Wallace that got it in on fourth against Randy Ohel.

Wallace showed {6-}{3-} for a seventy-six draw, while Ohel had {5-}{2-}. While Ohel received {Q-}{9-}{9-} as his last three cards to get a ninety-five, Wallace bricked off with three face cards to exit in 20th place for $15,229.

Mike Gorodinsky completed on third street, Carol Fuchs raised, Gorodinsky reraised all in for 26,000, and Fuchs called.

Mike Gorodinsky: {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts} / {J-Hearts}
Carol Fuchs: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds} / {9-Diamonds}

Trincher in Need of a Miracle

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Anthony Zinno raised from early position and was called by short stack Illya Trincher in the big blind. Trincher ended up check-calling a bet on the {J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop and {8-Hearts} turn. On the {A-Hearts} river, Trincher checked and folded to a bet to leave himself with 30,000 behind.

One hand later, Zinno raised first to act and Daniel Zack called from the big blind. Zack check-raised the {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, Zinno bet and called the check-raise. After the {5-Clubs} turn, Zack checked and called a bet before both checked through the {J-Diamonds} river. Zack turned over {A-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and that won the pot.

Miller Spikes a One Outer to Double

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

Ryan Miller was all in on fourth street against Jake Schwartz.

Jake Schwartz: {2-Clubs}{2-Spades} / {2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Ryan Miller: {10-Clubs}{Q-Spades} / {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}

Here was the rest of their runouts until seventh street:

Jake Schwartz: {2-Clubs}{2-Spades} / {2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Ryan Miller: {10-Clubs}{Q-Spades} / {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts}

Schwartz was miles ahead with rolled up deuces against Miller's split tens. To make matters worse for Miller, Schwartz caught one of the remaining tens.

Seventh street was dealt and Schwartz quickly turned over a {J-Hearts} to stay with just trip deuces. Miller didn't sweat his card at all and quickly flipped up the {10-Diamonds}, giving him the one outer to make trip tens double up.

Trincher Gets Half

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Illya Trincher raised on the button and Daniel Zack three-bet in the small blind, Anthony Zinno called in the big blind and Trincher called with few chips behind. The flop came {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Zack checked, Zinno bet and Trincher reluctantly moved all in for 18,000. Zack called, as did Zinno.

Both remaining active players checked the {Q-Hearts} turn and the {A-Clubs} appeared on the river. Zack checked, Zinno bet and Zack gave it a lot of thought before calling. Zinno showed {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for a low and two pair, sevens and treys, while Trincher had {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for aces and sevens for the better high. Zack only had {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-} and ended up without anything to show for.

"I got half," Trincher said to John Hennigan one table over. Zack then scooped Robert Mizrachi to recover the losses and moved back up in the counts.

Ryan Miller Eliminated in 17th Place ($15,229)

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante
Ryan Miller
Ryan Miller

Iraj Parvizi raised from under the gun and Ryan Miller as well as Randy Ohel came along to see a flop of {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. A series of bets of the bigger stacks resulted in Miller calling all in, caught in the crossfire, while Ohel and Parvizi continued to the {8-Hearts} turn and {J-Spades} river.

Ohel showed {A-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for trips sevens and a low, Parvizi had {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{X-} for a full house and Miller mucked, unable to beat either hand, to bow out in 17th place for $15,229. The remaining 16 players will redraw to the last two tables and play another 20 minutes until bagging and tagging.
